For two incredible years, our blog has been a beacon of inspiration, guiding readers through the twists and turns of life, and illuminating the path to self-discovery and growth.
With 100 blogs under our belt, we take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us to this momentous occasion.
From the early days of nervous anticipation to the present day of confident storytelling, our blog has evolved into a sacred space where hearts are touched, minds are expanded, and lives are transformed.
As we mark this significant milestone, we’re thrilled to unveil sacred secrets, share behind-the-scenes stories, and express our deepest gratitude to the community that has supported us every step of the way.

Reflecting on the journey: A look back at the past 6 years
As I sit back and reflect on the incredible journey that has unfolded over the past two years, I am overwhelmed with emotions – gratitude, nostalgia, and a sense of pride.
It’s hard to believe that what started as a humble passion project has blossomed into a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, all united by the desire to learn, grow, and inspire.
From the early days of tentative keystrokes to the present moment, where I’m proud to celebrate the milestone of 100 blog posts, it’s been an incredible ride.
I remember the countless late nights, fueled by burning willpower and determination, as I poured my heart and soul into crafting content that would resonate with my audience.
The early mornings, and extremely late nights, moving again into early mornings, an ever ending cycle, this eternal rhythm, of Finding Peace in the Never-Ending Cycle of Goals…
The moments spent agonizing over every sentence, every word, and every punctuation mark. The moments of self-doubt, when I wondered if anyone was even reading, and the moments of pure joy, when I received a message from a reader who had been touched by my words.
Through it all, I’ve learned, grown, and evolved, and I’m honored to have had the opportunity to share my journey with all of you.
Beginning stage: Seeking the source of suffering
Reassessing dogmas, doctrines, and personal beliefs so I could widen my horizons!
The transformative power of sound and meditation!
It was October 21st, 2018, when I first discovered the profound impact of sound healing baths… the profound power of sound and meditation.
Little did I know, that moment would mark the beginning of a profound four-year journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.
Spiritual initiations and the shedding of all that I had known of my past self.
As I lay down on the mat, surrounded by the subtle vibrations of the gong, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm and tranquility wash over me.
The experience was nothing short of magical, and I was hooked from that very first session.
Fast-forward to October 2022, and I can hardly believe the incredible progress I have made.
My daily meditation practice has become an integral part of my life, helping me to quiet my mind, tap into my inner wisdom, and find a sense of inner peace that I never thought possible.
The Violet Flame Festivals
The next profound spiritual event took place on June 27th, 2019, the first translations for Maria Petrichi and a number of participations in her Violet Flame Festivals.
These remarkable occasions marked a new chapter in the dissemination of spiritual knowledge and wisdom for my life… I cherish the experiences of discovering the ideal mentors, as it played a vital role in propelling my growth and development across all aspects of my life.
Maria Petrichi, a revered spiritual guide, has been a beacon of light for many seekers of truth, and her work on the Violet Flame Festivals has been a testament to the transformative power of spiritual practices.
The Violet Flame, a powerful tool for spiritual growth and purification, was brought to life through Maria’s eloquent words and heartfelt guidance.
The “Violet Flame Festivals” videos were also a powerful tool for spiritual growth and transformation, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to connect with the divine and tap into the limitless potential of the universe.
By harnessing the energy of the violet flame, a powerful symbol of spiritual transformation and transmutation, viewers can experience profound shifts in their consciousness, leading to greater inner peace, wisdom, and enlightenment.
Second Stage: The instinctive mind
Through the lens of shamanism, spirituality, mysticism, and initiations, all religions converge to offer a common spiritual ground.
Glimpsing spirit: The call to adventure
The next great initiation on this magnificent earth walk was my unforgettable journey to Egypt in January 2020. I’m still in awe of the incredible experiences that left an indelible mark on my soul.
From the moment I stepped foot in this ancient land, I knew that this trip was going to be something special. The warm Egyptian sunshine welcomed me as I embarked on a thrilling adventure that would take me through the majestic Pyramids of Giza, the mesmerizing temples of Luxor, and the vibrant streets of Cairo.
But it was the people I met along the way who truly made this trip unforgettable – from the wise and witty local guide who shared stories of pharaonic legends, to the friendly shopkeepers who offered me warm cups of sweet tea and colorful tales of their daily lives.
As I navigated the bustling souks and markets, I was struck by the rich tapestry of cultures, traditions, and histories that have woven together to form this incredible country.
And yet, it was the unexpected moments – the ride on the Nile, the serendipitous discovery of a hidden café serving the most delectable shawarma – that truly made this trip a great one, filled with initiations that awakened my senses, expanded my perspectives, and left me with a heart full of wonder and gratitude.
As I wandered through Cairo’s vibrant streets, marveling at the temples’ intricate hieroglyphics, and stood in awe of the majestic Giza pyramids, I was struck by the realization that despite our many advancements, humanity’s future is inextricably linked to its rich and glorious heritage, which continues to shape our path forward.

Embarking on a journey through the enigmatic world of Instagram, every Monday evening from 21:00-22:00.
From February 2023 to August 2024, we came together as a tribe “The sacred guardians, the seekers of spirit” for a transformative experience.
Rain, hail or shine, we were committed to meeting up every week for the individual and the collective good…
Exploring a myriad of topics and engaging with diverse guests as we delved into the realm of shamanic healing, spirituality, school and family life, holistic health and wellbeing, mindfulness and meditations and so much more.
Younity Greece
During this development an additional symbiosis that was unfolding was a wonderful first collaboration in April 2023, with Younity Greece featuring my exclusive videos with Alberto Villoldo, renowned psychologist, medical anthropologist who has studied the shamanic healing practices of the Amazon and Andes for over 30 years.
In April 2024, I would again collaborate with Younity Greece proudly serving as the first-ever coach for the program “The Wheels Of Light” delivered by Alberto Villoldo.
This collaboration promises to be a life-changing experience for all involved.
I am still in awe when I think about the day I received the email from Younity Greece, inviting me to collaborate with them.
It was a surreal moment, considering my Instagram profile was barely two years old and had only just surpassed 2000 followers.
To be recognized by such a reputable and esteemed organization was a tremendous honor, and I felt humbled to be considered among the ranks of the talented individuals they typically work with.
From the onset, it was clear that Younity Greece was a team of consummate professionals, dedicated to their craft and passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Working alongside them has been a dream come true, and I have been constantly impressed by their expertise, creativity, and attention to detail. It’s a privilege to be part of this project, and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from and contribute to their outstanding work.

The value of consistency
It has been etched in my mind that having a clear vision or setting ambitious goals is simply not enough; one must consistently work towards them. Consistency allows us to build momentum, cultivate a strong culture, and develop habits that keep us focused on our objectives. These small steps towards our goals increase our chances of success.
Through repeated effort, we are able to rewire our brains, establish behaviors and routines as second nature, and achieve our aspirations in a more natural manner.
Individuals who are consistent are often regarded as trustworthy, as they can be relied upon by others. They are known to keep their promises and take action according to their words. Whether it be through punctuality, fulfilling commitments, or delivering high-quality work, consistency cultivates reliability, which is a pillar of trust. By embodying this quality, one is sure to earn trust from others. Furthermore, it also instills confidence in individuals, as they have a sense of your unwavering dedication.
Employers highly value workers who display consistency; an employee who possesses this virtue is capable of delivering exceptional work, meeting deadlines with ease, and demonstrating unwavering commitment to their tasks.
