Kathy Cook, also known as KC The Greek Shaman, is a Greek shaman, meditation teacher and content writer. She specializes in chakra cleansing and alignment and activating life purpose.
She is the founder of The Sacred Space studio in Glyfada, a space she created to function as a haven of calm and grounding. In the Sacred Space, she conducts weekly meditation classes for adults and “Enlightened Mind Workshops” for children and adolescents, offering all ages a safe environment for relaxation, reconnection and inner balance.
As a shaman and spiritual guide, she works closely with Spirit and Universal Consciousness, providing practical tools for personal growth, self-awareness and healing. Her practices aim to achieve mental, physical, spiritual and emotional balance, in a simple and human way.
She has collaborated with Younity Greece and Younity International, bringing her work to an international audience and exchanging experiences with people from different cultures.
Kathy was born in Australia and has lived in Greece for over thirty years.
Her personal journey includes health challenges, five surgeries in 10 years due to stage 4 endometriosis. This experience was a turning point that led her deeper into the Shamanic Path and contact with Spirit. Through the difficulties she developed understanding and empathy that help her meet people where they are, without judgment, respect and authenticity.
Her work combines her many years of experience in education and communication with her spiritual path, aiming to guide people to more awareness, responsibility and connection with their authentic self.
