The Cacao Ceremony is a sacred experience, an invitation to return to our heart, to awaken the wisdom that resides within us and to connect deeply – with our Self, with Spirit, with Mother Earth and with others. It is a cycle of remembrance, a gentle yet powerful ritual based on the ancient cacao plant, which has been used for centuries by the indigenous peoples of Central and South America as a sacred heart medicine.

What is the Cacao Ceremony?
The Cacao Ceremony is not just a “gathering” with a drink.
It is a spiritual space of healing and guidance, where through the power of sacred cacao, intention, meditation, silence, music, prayer, vocal expression and community, we open the way to deep connection and liberation.
The Sacredness of Cacao
Cacao – and more specifically the sacred form of cacao (ceremonial cacao) – is not the common chocolate product we know. It is a powerful “plant spirit” with properties that:
- Open the heart energetically
- Induce softness and sensitivity in our field
- Increase empathy, love and acceptance
- Help in the release of old pain and fears
Cacao is not a psychotropic substance – but its Spirit is extremely powerful and wise. It keeps us grounded and at the same time connected to Higher Guidance.
Each Cacao ceremony is unique and is shaped according to the energy of the moment and the needs of the cycle. It usually includes ecstatic dance, shamanic journeys, sound therapy and guidance through oracular tools, in order to support each person’s inner journey more deeply.
People deeply love these circles. Many describe them as "a breath in the crowd", "a heart beating in harmony with others", "a journey towards the light through the embrace of the shadow".

Parts of Cacao Ceremony in our Sacred Space
💃 Ecstatic Dance: A free, therapeutic form of dance, where we allow our bodies to move spontaneously without structure, judgment or restrictions. It is a way to express emotions, release tension and fully surrender to the flow of the present. It is a form of prayer through movement.
🪶 Shamanic Journeys: guided meditations with the sound of a drum or other sacred instruments, which allow us to enter alternative states of consciousness and receive guidance from spirit guides, power animals and energy spheres of Spirit.
🔔 Sound Healing: Sounds and vibrations from sacred instruments such as crystal bowls, drums, bells or the voice are used to bring balance to our energy centers, relieve tension and harmonize the body and spirit.
🌟 Messages from the Oracle Cards – a tool of spiritual guidance, where through symbols, images and words we receive insight into our journey, illuminating questions, challenges and deeper desires.
All of this is woven with love, intention and respect, and is offered when and only when the energy of the circle calls – because in every ceremony, Spirit leads and we follow with an open heart.
My Ceremonies – A Living Prayer
As a facilitator and healer in the offering and support of souls, the ceremonies I offer are based on my many years of experience, the wisdom of silence, the art of listening and the embrace of the circle.
🌿 Cacao Ceremonies are held twice a month, usually in our sacred space, the Sacred Space.
🌊 As the weather warms up, we get out into nature – near the sea, under the trees, in blessed clearings, and let Mother Nature hold us as we deepen our presence, acceptance and connection.
🌕 The dates of the ceremonies are determined based on the phases of the Moon, the Equinoxes, sacred energy intervals and spiritual dates. Each ceremony is unique and aligned with the energy of the moment.
