• Affirmations are just one way to help bring your chakras into balance or unblock them so you can feel all of the great emotions associated with each chakra. • They are a simple tool that can bring peace to your mind when you are struggling. • Over time they can benefit your state of mind and beliefs likewise. They are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. • When you repeat them often and believe in them, you start to make positive changes. They are exercises for our mind and outlook just like repetitive exercises are used for our physical health. These positive mental repetitions can reprogram our thinking patterns, so that over time, we begin to think- and act – differently. • Affirmations can be a part of the healing process but it’s very important to remember that affirmations alone are not enough.
How to use Affirmations
Repeat your affirmations daily for at least 5 minutes out loud. Start with twice a day ( upon waking and just before falling asleep).
Ask a trusted loved one to repeat them to you.
Write them down every day.
Make your routine consistent.
Be patient. Practice makes Progress!
Draw them, make sketches!
Make a list of your own personal affirmations!
Use your affirmations as a guide for change.
